Trying out cooking basic dinners at home.
My biggest challenge as I look at my goals from last level is eating at home. I'll start by eating dinner at home. What are some meals I could eat if I'm feeling hungry and want to eat in? Everything in this list is something I have at home:
Breakfast:
- English muffin with cream cheese, juice.
Snack
- Cliff bar.
- Bottled frappuccino.
- Pretzels.
Dinner:
- Salsa chicken with rice, cheese, vegetables.
- Pasta with sauce, Spam.
Good enough to start! Let's try that for the next four days.

Tuesday
- Breakfast: skipped, overate on Monday
- Lunch: Chipotle steak/chicken bowl with white rice, salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole.
- Snacks during the day: Cliff bar. (Too many) chips. 2x Hershey bars.
- Dinner: White rice, refried beans, slow cooked salsa and chicken, mozzarella. Bottled frappuccino.
Wednesday
- Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese. Orange juice.
- Lunch: Fish and rice poke bowl.
- Snacks during the day: 2x Hershey bars. Pretzels.
- Dinner: Pasta with diced Spam, mozzarella.
Thursday
- Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese. Orange juice.
- Lunch: Chipotle steak/chicken burrito bowl with white rice, salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole. Bottled mocha frappuccino.
- Snacks during the day: Pretzels. Cliff bar.
- Dinner: Leftover salsa chicken, rice, mozzarella, refried beans.
