This is a new project I'm undertaking. It's fitness related, but will not mention weight. Threw out my scale. (Not that I don't think weight can matter, but watching it has historically not helped me achieve any of my goals.)
I'm sluggish. Little exercise, junky food, and poor self-care. Maybe I can change that.
My goal is to find a set of food that makes me feel good. Clean, fresh, satisfied, strong. Same with a set of exercises and physical activity.
I made a new World of Warcraft character, a troll rogue named Coldrun. Every 3-4 days that I make an honest effort at this project, I'll count that as a victory worthy of a level-up.
Let's see if I can reach level 60.
