This level, I'll build on keeping a clean home and also circle back to where I started with working on timing my food.
---
Saturday
Cleaning: For 15 minutes, washed dishes and cleaned up around my living room. That's all I needed.
Food timing
- 10am: Cinnamon Toast Crunch with skim milk.
- 12:15pm: Chipotle burrito bowl.
- 4pm: Turkey salad. (Diced leftover turkey with mayo, olive oil, salt, and paprika.)
- 6pm: Macaroni & cheese. Bottled frappuccino.
- 10pm: Chicken orzo soup.

Sunday
Cleaning: Spent 15 minutes in the evening washing dishes and cleaning up around the living room.
Hard to describe how much this helps. It's nothing new; I've had bursts of cleanliness in the past, and I expect this to be short lived, but maybe if I work on it enough it'll become second nature. I can dream, right?
Food timing
- 9:30am: Three egg omelet with cheese. Cherry tomatoes and cherries on the side.
- 1:15pm: Poke bowl (fish, rice, avocado, other stuff) and ramune.
- 4:45pm: Turkey salad, bottled frappuccino.
- 6pm: Gyro, salad, and fried plantains.
---
Monday
Cleaning: Cleaned up for about 10 minutes at the end of the day washing dishes, throwing away garbage and recycling. Really not too bad if I put on some music or a podcast.
Food timing
- 9:30am: Cereal (Cinnamon Toast Crunch) with skim milk.
- 12:30pm: Half banh mi (beef & veggie sandwich), fries with chipotle mayo.
- 5pm: Other half of the banh mi. Bottled frappuccino.
- 9pm: Two egg omelet with slice of American cheese.
Not the schedule I expected, but that's okay. What's important is a bit of restraint to not snacking and overeat whenever I feel the slightest hunger. Giving myself time to digest and rest. On that count, I feel I've succeeded.
