Coldrun Fitness - Day 26

Binged yesterday evening, and gave up on doing my "to-do" list for the last couple of days.  I can recover from it and get back on track today.


Diet

  • Crackers.  Best breakfast EVER? (lol no.)  (200 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with tuna, American cheese, lettuce, black olive, mayonnaise. Chips. (880 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Handful of Skittles. (40 cal)\
  • Potato chips. (160 cal)
  • Pasta with tomato sauce and can of tuna.  Half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt. (750 cal)

Exercise

Two sets of knee push-ups (18 and 20) and planking (20 and 25 seconds).
