This was unexpected. I thought I'd go up at least 1-2 pounds.
To borrow a phrase from Lafayette in Hamilton, I snatched a stalemate from the jaws of defeat. I'll take it. (No, I didn't just survive the winter at Valley Forge, but I do enjoy the song!)

Hey I just finished FF Crisis Core and I kinda sticked along with you some of the final chapters, I needed some kind of guide and I ended up here
ReplyDeleteAnyway I took a look at your project and I think is cool.
I recently lost weight and I want to share with you a pretty useful tip; Drink water only, instead of sodas, juices and coffee, and also instead of snack fill yourself with water, it is quite hard to "master" it xd but I swear it's worth it cause you kinda get in love with it.
Thanks, and glad you joined up!
DeleteWater definitely helps. It's a side thing, and I drink a lot of diet soda (Cherry Coke Zero being my personal favorite), but water's a great staple to work in.
