Tracking my food and making lunch at home.
Last level was a successful attempt to kick start preparing simple dinners at home. This time, I'll try that for lunch.
Friday
- Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese. Orange juice.
- Lunch: Grilled Spam and cheese sandwich, pretzels.
- Snacks: Bottled frappuccino. Cliff bar. Chocolate milk.
- Dinner: Fries with chipotle mayo. Vermicelli salad with sliced beef.
Saturday
- Breakfast: English muffin with cream cheese. Orange juice.
- Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, pretzels, chicken noodle soup (canned).
- Snacks: Cliff bar. Bottled frappuccino. Mixed nuts. Pretzels.
- Dinner: Sesame chicken with broccoli.
Sunday
- Breakfast: Two egg omelet with diced Spam, mozzarella.
- Lunch: Tuna melt with American cheese, pretzels.
- Snacks: Cliff bar. Chocolate milk. Hershey bar.
- Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, cheese, salsa, corn, guacamole.

Really successful level! Basically, I buttered the outside of my sandwiches and grilled them, flipping halfway. For the Spam and cheese sandwich, grilled the Spam first, thanks to the advice of TosTinMan Easycooking:
The tuna melt was the main thing I'd change going forward. It was really messy. The tuna salad spilled out of the sandwich as it cooked and when I flipped it, so gotta figure out a better way around that.
