  • Lunch, 11:45am: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, half steak/half barbacoa, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole. Bottled mocha frappuccino. (980 cal)
  • Snack, 4:00pm: Two Eggo waffles. (190 cal)
  • Dinner, 6:15pm: Two egg omelet with American cheese, two slices of Spam, slice of buttered toast. Hershey's bar. (1,150 cal)
