Coldrun Fitness - Day 9


Feeling better.  I have new direction, and met today's goal.

  • Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup. (300 cal)
  • Dry Cinnamon Toast Crunch. (280 cal)
  • Two Lean Pockets. (520 cal) 
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, barbacoa, steak, cheese, tomato, guacamole, vegetables. (950 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Large Hershey's cookies and cream bar. (380 cal)
Total calories: 2,610

Two sets of push-ups (10 each) and planking (30 seconds each).
