Coldrun Fitness - Project Redux: Day 12/33

Project Redux is my attempt to get back on track by copying my eating and exercise from five successful weeks in late 2015.

Diet

  • Omelet with American cheese, green pepper, tomato.  Biscuit. (750 cal)
  • 12 oz. iced skim chai latte. (150 cal)
  • Pretzels. (390 cal)
  • Ramen soup. (380 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Two slices of spam and a slice of wheat toast and light butter. (520 cal)
Total calories: 2,370

Walked 3.30 miles in 1:05:00.
