Project Redux is my attempt to get back on track by copying my eating and exercise from five successful weeks in late 2015.

Today, copying Day 117.  Tomorrow will be Day 118.

Diet

  • Pretzels. (360 cal)
  • 4 oz. burger with American cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise.  Half order fries with ketchup. (950 cal)
  • Small skim hot chocolate. (210 cal)
  • Crackers. (130 cal)
  • Microwave crustless chicken pot pie meal.  Chocolate frozen yogurt. (580 cal)

Two sets of push-ups (11, 10) and planking (27 seconds, 28 seconds).
