Coldrun Fitness - Project Redux: Day 3/33

Project Redux is my attempt to get back on track by copying my eating and exercise from five successful weeks in late 2015.

Today, copying Day 75.  Tomorrow will be Day 76.

Diet

  • Egg and cheese on a biscuit with orange juice. (500 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half chicken, salsa, cheese, guacamole. (880 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Piece of a jelly donut. (60 cal)'
  • Hot dog with ketchup and Dove bar. (480 cal) 
  • Two slices of lightly buttered toast. (180 cal)
Total calories: 2,280 cal
