Coldrun Fitness - Day 117



Diet

  • Pretzels (360 cal)
  • 4 oz. burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise.  Fries with garlic mayo.  Ate about half the fries. (950 cal)
  • Small skim hot chocolate.  Was going to get it with whipped cream and decided at the last second not to.  I don't regret the decision. (210 cal)
  • Microwave crustless chicken pot pie meal.  Cup of cherry ice cream. (580 cal)
  • Triscuits. (130 cal)
