Leveling Up - Continued (Level 2)

Continuing with level 2.


TW: food, weight.


Rough couple of days. The mornings start okay, then I lose hope.

I'm so used to giving up. I don't want to keep giving up.

Breakfast: Skip.
Lunch: White rice with stir-fried pork.
Dinner: Vanilla strawberry protein shake.
Snack: Protein bar.
Exercise: upper-body strength and mobility.
