Food
  • 8:00am: Cliff bar. (250 cal)
  • 11:15am: Chicken panang with one scoop of white rice, a fried egg, and vegetables. (~750 cal? idk)
  • 2:00pm: Greek yogurt (vanilla) with mixed nuts and berries. (320 cal)
  • 4:30pm: Banana chocolate protein shake. (300 cal)
  • 6:30pm: Two egg omelet with mozzarella cheese, slice of toast with strawberry jam, and mixed veggies.
Exercise

  • 23 minute bike ride to work.
  • 25 minute bike ride home from work.

  • Breakfast: Cliff bar.
  • Lunch: Chipotle steak burrito bowl, light rice.
  • Dinner: Personal pepperoni pizza.
  • Other stuff:
    • Hershey bar
    • Twix bar
    • Gyoza, takoyaki
    • Bottled mocha frappuccino
 Just a bad, bingy, mindless eating day. I can do better.

Exercise 

6,000 steps. Got the new Harry Potter mobile game which may incentivize me to walk more. It's pretty fun!

  •  9:00am:Two egg omelet with mozzarella. Buttered slice of toast.
  • 11:30am: Cliff bar, handful of nuts.
  • 2:30pm: Cup of steamed white rice with small slice of light Spam and soy sauce.
  • 6:30pm: Chipotle steak/chicken burrito bowl, light white rice, vegetables, salsa. Frozen yogurt with toppings (like Hershey kisses). 
WAY better than yesterday..

Exercise

Moderate Wizards Unite walk. Just under 4,000 steps.

  • Breakfast: Blueberry vanilla protein shake.
  • Lunch: Roast beef sandwich.
  • Dinner: Steak, rice, cheese, guacamole bowl.
  • Other stuff:
    • Medium buttered popcorn at movie theater
    • Small roast beef sandwich
    • Cliff bar.
    • Cup of rice and Spam Lite slice.
    • Mocha frappuccino.
Another bad day. Not terrible - the meals themselves were fine, and a couple of the snacks - but I definitely overate. We'll see weight tomorrow and regroup with a plan for the next four day set.
