Fitness - June 2, 2019

Morning weight: 268.0 lbs (-2.0 lbs)

Not reading much into the weight loss. It's literally just one day. Water weight and all that. The important thing is that I exercised a bit and ate pretty well. Keep it up.

Food Log
  • 8:30am: Three egg American cheese omelet with a Hawaiian roll. (370 cal)
  • 2:30pm: Burrito bowl with steak/shredded beef, light rice, salsa, extra vegetables, guacamole, light cheese. (720 cal)
  • 3:15pm: Frozen yogurt with chocolate sauce, Hershey kisses. Limited quantity of all. (~300 cal?)
  • 6:00pm: Greek yogurt with mixed nuts and berries. (320 cal) 
  • 8:45pm: Baked tilapia with spritzes of olive oil, broccoli, and a Hawaiian roll. (~550 cal)
Total calories: ~2260

Lots of estimation here, but most importantly I feel good about how I ended up eating. Even the danger zone - the frozen yogurt with toppings - was eaten in moderation. Good day.

Exercise

Went for a brisk afternoon walk. Took about 40 minutes. 5000+ steps overall. Good sweat, good workout!
