  • 11:15am: Macaroni and cheese. Bottled mocha frappuccino light. (760 cal)
  • 2:00pm: Banana chocolate protein shake. (300 cal) 
  • 6:30pm: Burrito bowl with steak/chicken, light rice, salsa, extra vegetables, guacamole, light cheese. (620 cal)
  • 8:45pm: Tuna salad. Two cans of light tuna (180 cal total), light mayo (~50 cal). (230 cal)

Exercise

Rode my bike for 30 minutes. It didn't break down. My butt kinda hurt so maybe I'll get a cushioned seat cover, but I'm just SO HAPPY this worked today. The kind of outdoorsy, casual exercise I want at this stage.
