Coldrun Fitness - 9/23/16




Food Log
  • Iced skim chai. (200 cal)  
I ate more than I wanted to last night, so just had a small breakfast of this iced chai.

  • Chipotle burrito bowl. (1,000 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Cup of clam chowder.  Two pieces of fried fish with tartar sauce and tater tots with ketchup.  
Hadn't been to a Friday Fish Fry in a while.  This was great!  I don't know exactly how many calories it was.  1,300?  Seems like a reasonable guess.  I won't have anything afterwards, and expect to be done eating today.
