[Coldrun Fitness] Level 22: Pointless Drop

Starting weight (Fri morning): 284.0
Ending weight (Mon morning): 280.8
Even more evidence right here that I shouldn't worry too much about the ridiculous weight swings the human body goes through. Keep at what I'm doing.

Continuing to walk most days btw. Went for a 30 minute Pokemon Go walk on Friday and Sunday. Good to be out and moving.

  • Breakfast: Two eggs sunny side up (160) with a slice of lightly buttered (50) wheat toast (110). (310 cal)
  • Lunch: Chipotle steak burrito bowl. (850 cal)
  • Dinner: BLT and chips. (890 cal)
  • Snacks: Bottled frappuccino (190). Starburst (350). (540 cal)
  • 30 minute walk

Saturday 
  • Breakfast: Two egg omelet with American cheese.
  • Lunch: Chipotle steak burrito bowl.
  • Dinner: 8" roast beef sandwich with cheddar, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil. Chips.
  • Snacks: Handful of oyster crackers.
Sunday 
  • Breakfast: Two eggs (160) sunny side up with lightly buttered (70) wheat toast (110). (340 cal)
  • Lunch: Leftover beef stew (440) with crackers (140) and mozzarella (160). (740 cal)
  • Dinner: Part of a Chipotle burrito bowl. (550 cal)
  • Snacks: Bottled frappuccino (190). Clif bar (260). Can of chips (840). (1,290 cal)
  • Total: 2,920
