Summary:
We escape the collapsing tower of Kefka. To borrow a phrase I first saw
on the Spoils site, everything is beautiful and nothing hurts. The end.
Kefka’s Tower
-The tower’s collapsing.
-YOU’VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Because we beat Kefka, the magic is disappearing from the world. Magicite flies up into the air and puffs away. Terra turns into esper form and collapses. You’re not killing Terra. DO NOT DO IT.
-She’s using her last power to guide us to the ship.
Let’s boogy.

-Now we see… a book? Metaphorical turning of the page?
-Beautiful piano.
-Credits????? What? No epilogue telling me that everyone is now happy and alive?
-Also, we see character last names! “Cyan Garamonde,” etc.
-Cyan Garamonde: joking with Edgar about his mechanical incompetence.
Cyan vs the Techy Whatsit.
-Setzer Gabbiani (playing cards falling): Flipping a coin about the right way to escape. Remembering Darril.
-Edgar Roni Figaro (spinning coin) – and then, brilliantly, the coin spins again for Sabin Rene Figaro:
-Speaking of brilliant, I was wrong. The credits are being done to highlight each character as they escape the collapsing tower.
Something’s about fall on Edgar, but Sabin holds it up as Edgar picks the lock to open the door. Each brother fully using the others’s strengths.
-Mog (music box of moogles dancing): Edgar saving Mog from a collapsing floor by using a crane to haul him up. LOL “Watch the hair! I’m not a stuffed animal, kupo!”
-Umaro (the moogles dancing up to a skull fetish): Celes and Edgar trying to punch through a door, but Umaro just charges through a pile of rubble to create a new path. “Ughaaa!”
-Gogo (a mask): Buttons have to be pressed at the same time in the same way. Gogo mimics Celes to accomplish this.
-Gau (a face yowling inside a… thing? Oh, a divine helmet! Shiny!): LOL!! “Take shortcut!” And Gau shoves Celes down a cliffside.
-Locke Cole and Celes Chere (a bouquet of flowers): Wow. They’re escaping. Celes drops her bandana. SHE KEPT THE BANDANA FJKDSHFDKLSFHDJKLSFHKLS.
The floor falls beneath her. Locke catches Celes.
Damn this dusty room. Gotta sweep. That’s it. Sure.
-Terra Branford (two glasses of wine, I think): At the broken container section of the tower, her father’s magicite, Maduin, speaks to her. The espers will fade. “But perhaps if the human part of you feels something strong enough, maybe…”
-Relm Arrowny (paintbrush): Relm carries Strago down a conveyor belt when he’s not strong enough to fight it.
-Shadow (an apple with two shurikens in it): He’s… saying goodbye to Interceptor? Why?
SHADOW: “Baram… It looks like I can finally stop running… Come and fine me, all right?” YOU’RE GIVING US SHADOW BACKSTORY NOW DURING THE CREDITS??
-Strago Magus (a book with flipping pages): The airship hooks is pulling away. He scolds himself for getting shown up, and leaps to catch it.

The Falcon
-Everyone’s on board. Except Shadow, for reasons still passing my understanding.
-Terra soars away, leading them to safety.
-They escape the tower, but Terra’s power weakens. The last piece of magicite poofs. Terra plummets.

Mobliz
-A boy and two girls stand on a cliffside and see a falling star. Terra. “Mama.”
-They all run back into the house in Mobliz, where Katarin is giving birth.
