  • Snack, 11:00am: Two slices of wheat toast with butter. (200 cal)
  • Snack, 12:15pm: Dry Ramen noodles. (380 cal)
  • Lunch, 2:45pm: Tuna melt with hash browns.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1,330 cal)
  • 6:00pm: Ice cream/chips. (2,020 cal)  The day was going great until this.  Just... binged.  Went off the rails.  No way around that.  I can do better.
