Coldrun Fitness - Project Redux: Day 6/33

Project Redux is my attempt to get back on track by copying my eating and exercise from five successful weeks in late 2015.

Today, copying Day 113.  Tomorrow will be Day 114.

Diet

  • Half "Cajun" at my local diner: hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled pepper and onion, and chili powder with Hollandaise.  (800 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Ramen soup. (380 cal)  
  • Crackers. (150 cal) 
  • Microwave macaroni and cheese. (640 cal)
  • 1/2 cup of cherry ice cream. (150 cal)
Total calories: 2,300

Exercise

Two sets of push-ups (10, 8) and planking (25 seconds, 20 seconds).

Walked 2.43 miles in 44:46.
