Coldrun Fitness - Half Success (7/14/15)

Succeeded in my two goals today, though really didn't want to do the exercise goal.


Today's Goals

Nutrition: "Eat a vegetable bowl at Chipotle (no rice)."

Used to piling on white rice, but had a bowl today with lots of vegetables, black beans, chicken, salsa, cheese, and guacamole.

Exercise: "Go for a 30 minute walk."

I kept putting it off and putting it off.  Walked a bunch during the day, but just for work.  Didn't time myself and I don't count it.

I'm really sleepy now (11:23pm) and can't bring myself to go for a walk.
