Coldrun Fitness - Day 1

Week 0 morning weight: 275.2 lbs




Diet

  • Had a big breakfast out at a local diner.  Love that on the weekends!  Biscuits (2) and gravy with two scrambled eggs and some hashbrowns.  Orange juice.  (Not sure on calories.  Maybe... 1100 if I'm guessing on the high side?)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Some goldfish.  (220 cal)
  • Pasta with tomato sauce and a fried egg on top. (800 cal) 
  • Half cup of mint chocolate chip ice cream. (150 cal)
Total calories: 2,450 cal

Exercise

  • Walked 1.51 miles in 32:10.   
  • Two sets of knee push-ups (10 and 15) and planks (15 seconds and 20 seconds).
