Coldrun Fitness - Day 2

Ate lots of Goldfish crackers at the end of the day.  Meant to only eat a little.  My mistake was eating from the bag.  Next time, I'll pour some into a small cup and put the bag away.



Diet

  • Three scrambled eggs, two slices of Spam, and orange juice. (730 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with ham, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, mayo.  Doritos. (710 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Pluot (160 cal)
  • Leftover pasta with sauce and some ice cream. (550 cal)
  • Goldfish (500 cal)
Total calories: 2,830 cal
