Coldrun Fitness - Day 6

A small moment today I'm happy about: at mid-afternoon, around 3:00pm, we had fresh bagels at work.  I was going to eat one as a snack, but decided not to.  Had dinner at home a few hours later and was good.


Diet

  • Honey Nut Cheerios with whole milk.  Orange juice. (550 cal?  Seems like a reasonable guess, but I didn't measure it out this morning.)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, small bit of chicken, tomato, cheese, guacamole.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1130 cal)
  • Two chicken breasts with salsa and mashed potatoes. (540 cal)
  • Mint ice cream. (180 cal)
Total calories: 2,400
