Coldrun Fitness - May 6, 2016


Food Log
  • Croissant with egg, cheese, bacon.  Skim chocolate milk. (500 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, half steak/half shredded beef, vegetables, tomato, guacamole, cheese. (980 cal)
  • Pizza slice. (230 cal)
  • Doughnut. (300 cal)
  • Bacon cheeseburger with fries. Vanilla bean frappuccino. (1,380 cal)
I didn't really need the bacon cheeseburger.  Ate it more out of habit, out of not seeing a choice for myself.  Wasn't really hungry but went out anyway.  I should try to remember that I have a choice.
