Coldrun Fitness - May 7, 2016




Another pretty good day.  Not sure if it's related to anti-depressant, but not going to worry about that angle of it too much.  Have just not felt the need to last couple of days.  Even yesterday was more going through the motions with overeating, if that makes sense.




Food Log
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, half steak/half shredded beef, vegetables, tomato, cheese, guacamole. (1,000 cal)
  • Popcorn.  Went to see Civil War - it was awesome! (900 cal)
  • Java chip frappuccino light. (300 cal)
