I'm noticing you're feeling restless of late. Try varying your routine a little. Talk to others about your goals, maybe find an online support group, or community group? Have small, achievable, realistic goals that you set yourself for the week, like, for instance, this week I will play outdoor sports, or go swimming or run a few k etc etc. Maybe try to vary your diet a little, make your food interesting. Try having a special, different meal for the week or teach yourself a new recipe once a week. Educate yourself on the foods you need to eat that will make you feel full. This is where an online support source could be really useful.

I hope these tips help. Good luck!

I like your thinking. Maybe some variety will help. Habits can be helpful, but also can cause a bit of a rut and make my food and exercise bland.

(As a side note, I really appreciate the feedback. :D)
