Coldrun Fitness - Day 2

An abbreviated week to start the year off, but I'll still weigh-in tomorrow.  Whatever weight it is, it's cool. :D

  • One Eggo waffle with light maple syrup. (150 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, half steak/half shredded beef, salsa, cheese, guacamole. (880 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • 3/4 cup of dry Cinnamon Toast Crunch. (260 cal)
  • Ramen soup and cup of frozen yogurt. (680 cal)
