Coldrun Fitness - Day 1

Heh.  January was rough.  Let's try again.  I've done this successfully before, and I can do it again.  I got this.

If I'm honest, I feel ashamed that I have to restart this again, but screw shame.  It's useless in this situation, and counterproductive.  This can work.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 10:15am: Microwave balsamic chicken meal. (280 cal)
  • Lunch, 2:15pm: Half "Cajun" breakfast - hashbrowns, a fried egg, cheddar, green pepper, some mushrooms. Bottled mocha frappuccino. (930 cal)
  • Snack, 5:15pm: Cheetohs. (300 cal)
  • Dinner, 7:00pm: Macaroni and cheese.  Hershey Kisses. (840 cal)
Total calories: 2,350
