Diet

  • Two fried eggs and a slice of toast. (330 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with meatballs, marinara sauce, American cheese, black olives. Chips. (640 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Jelly donut. (340 cal)
  • Four chicken tenders, fries, cole slaw, Texas toast. (Not sure on number of calories, but a lot.  This is usually a binge meal for me, though I got the smaller version than I usually do this time.  Let's say... 1,300 calories?)
Total calories: 2,790

Exercise

Two sets of push-ups (12 each) and planking (35 seconds each).
