Coldrun Fitness - Day 17

Terrible week.  A funk I had a really tough time getting out of.  Constant binging, and weight around 247 lbs.

Spent the last two days re-evaluating where I go from here - not just with fitness, but with a lot of areas of my life that aren't in a good place right now.

Feeling optimistic, and moving forward.  2,400 calories/day for now.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:30am: Lean Pocket. (280 cal)
  • Lunch, 1:00pm: Three egg omelet with cheddar, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (980 cal)
  • Snack, 4:00pm: Fritos. (310 cal)
  • Dinner, 7:00pm: Macaroni and cheese microwave meal. Thin Mint ice cream bar. (SO GOOD!) (830 cal)
Total calories: 2,400
