Coldrun Fitness - Day 2

Down to 2,500 today.  Happy about it. 

I ate a Snickers mid-morning because I was hungry.  For tomorrow, I'll try spacing things out a bit better and not eating between breakfast and lunch.

Diet

  • Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup.  12 oz. skim hot chocolate. (510 cal)
  • Snickers. (250 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with tuna, American cheese, lettuce, black olive, cucumber, mayonnaise.  Sun Chips.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1,010 cal) 
  • Brownies. (360 cal)
  • Ramen soup. (380 cal)
Total calories: 2,510

Exercise

Walked 32 minutes.  Didn't track distance/pace, but probably around 1.6 miles or so.
