Coldrun Fitness - Day 3

Around 8:30pm, felt very hungry.  Compromised with myself.  Didn't binge.  Had a small cup of Special K, adding on about 100 cal.

Diet

  • Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup.  Orange juice. (400 cal)
  • Vegetable chips. (110 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half chicken, salsa, cheese, guacamole. Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1,030 cal)
  • Snickers. (250 cal) 
  • Brownies. (380 cal)
  • Mushroom soup with Fritos. (330 cal) 
  • Special K. (100 cal)
Total calories: 2,600
