Coldrun Fitness - Day 5

I don't know why, but I was just ridiculously hungry and distracted this morning.  Unsettled, restless.

More focused in the afternoon. Was doing okay, but just against felt over hungry and didn't deal with it well at night.  Have to figure out a better strategy.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:30am: Garlic bagel with light plain cream cheese.  Orange mango juice. (650 cal) 
  • Morning snack, 9:30am: Snickers. (250 cal)
  • Lunch, 11:30am: Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, half steak/half chicken, tomato, cheese, bit of corn, guacamole. (880 cal)
  • Afternoon snack, 2:45pm: 12 oz. skim hot chocolate. (200 cal)
  • Dinner, 6:15pm: Ramen soup with crackers. (550 cal)
  • Late snack, 9:45pm: Crackers and hot dog. (700 cal)
Total calories: 3,230
