Coldrun Fitness - Day 18

Solid day.  Today and yesterday, I planned my meals out in advance.  It helped.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 7:15am: Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup. (290 cal)
  • Lunch, 12:00pm: Half "Cajun" at diner - hashbrowns with a fried egg, peppers, onion, hollandaise, and chili powder.  12 oz. skim hot chocolate. (1,060 cal)
  • Snack, 3:00pm: Lean Pocket, Fritos (160). (430 cal)
  • Dinner, 7:15pm: Microwave chicken, corn, mashed potatoes. Thin Mint ice cream bar. (620 cal) 
Total calories: 2,400
