Coldrun Fitness - Day 7

Ended the first week of this reset strong.  I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in.  Haven't felt that in a while.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:00am: Half "Cajun" breakfast at diner.  Hashbrowns, a fried egg, grilled peppers and onion, cheddar, Hollandaise sauce, chili powder.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (980 cal)
  • Lunch, 11:45pm: Bowl of split pea soup, two slices of toast, and orange juice. (680 cal)
  • Snack, 4:00pm: Meatball and cheese Lean Pocket. (280 cal)
  • Dinner, 6:45pm: Grilled cheese with orange juice. (460 cal)
Total calories: 2,400
