Coldrun Fitness - Day 21

Yesterday morning started off well, then binged.  Found myself with lots of time on my hands (on vacation this week) and didn't refill my to-do list.  Got restless, antsy, overate.

Made it three days without a binge.  Let's see I can hit four.

Diet

  • Breakfast, 8:45am: Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup. (290 cal)
  • Lunch, 12:15pm: 8 oz. cheeseburger with chipotle mayo.  Bottled mocha frappuccino. (1,040 cal)
  • Snack, 3:30pm: Ramen soup. (380 cal)
  • Dinner, 7:00pm: Macaroni and cheese. (640 cal)
  • Evening snack, 8:45pm: Mixed candy. (320 cal)
Total calories: 2,670

Exercise

Walked about 35 minutes.
