Coldrun Fitness - Day 69

Some progress on my caloric debt today.  If I eat 2,100 calories tomorrow I'll be in good shape and will have met my weekly goal.

Diet

  • Egg and cheese on a biscuit.  Orange juice. (500 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with salami, pepperoni, ham, lettuce, cucumber, black olive, mayonnaise.  Doritos. (830 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Wheat Thins. (260 cal)
  • Two pepperoni and cheese Lean Pockets. (540 cal)
Total calories: 2,310 cal
