Coldrun Fitness - Day 91

Solid day!  Went about 70 calories over my goal, but basically balanced out to about 2,400/day this week.  I'll take it.

Feeling confident going into tomorrow's weigh-in.

  • Three egg omelet with cheddar, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit. (800 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwave sesame chicken. (280 cal)
  • Pretzels. (240 cal)
  • Cheese crackers. (140 cal)
  • Ramen soup with mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt. (460 cal)
Total calories: 2,100

Exercise

Two sets of push-ups (7 and 10) and planking (35 seconds and 30 seconds).

Walked 3.44 miles in 1:09:37.
