Coldrun Fitness - Day 77

This was a good day and a good week.  No binges.  When I got into brief caloric debt, I cleared it quickly. 

Feeling confident going into tomorrow's weigh-in, and optimistic about possibly even dropping some from last week's 251.8 lbs marker.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, and green pepper.  Biscuit. (850 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Pretzels. (220 cal) 
  • Cocoa Krispies with skim milk. (310 cal)
  • Microwave chicken pesto meal. (300 cal) 
  • Wheat bread sandwich with light mayo and slice of Spam.  Pretzels. (490 cal)
Total calories: 2,350

Exercise

Two sets of knee push-ups (25 each) and planking (30 seconds each).

Walked 1.64 miles in 33:40.

Walked 1.66 miles in 32:09.
