Coldrun Fitness - Day 73

Exceptionally calm about food today.  No radical bursts of "OH GOD SO HUNGRY," and I don't exactly no why.  Just a low stress, steady work day.  Enjoying it.

Late night, ate more pretzels than I meant to.  Caloric debt of 100 calories.

  • Cocoa Krispies cereal with skim milk. (290 cal)
  • Crackers. (130 cal) 
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, steak, salsa, cheese, guacamole. (770 cal) 
  • Small java chip frappuccino light. (150 cal)
  • Pretzels. (420 cal)
  • Pepperoni Lean Pockets. (540 cal) 
  • Chocolate frozen yogurt. (200 cal)
