I have a dental appointment this afternoon.  I hit 1,840 cal early in the day, so going to cut into my caloric debt a bit by stopping eating now.

  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, vegetables, steak, salsa, cheese, guacamole. (850 cal) 
  • Small mocha frappuccino light. (100 cal) 
  • Peanut M&Ms. (250 cal)
  • Pretzels. (60 cal)
