Coldrun Fitness - Day 80

Overate today.  Not a binge per se, but still significantly more than my daily cap.  Caloric debt of 500 calories to work off.

Diet

  • Two egg omelet with American cheese.  (370 cal)
  • Iced skim chai latte. (150 cal)
  • Cheese crackers. (200 cal)
  • Buffet lunch at a work event.  I had some pulled pork, some rice, a small chicken breast, grilled vegetables, and a cookie.  I don't know how many calories, so I'll guess. (900 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with tuna, cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, olive, mayonnaise. Chips. (900 cal)
  • Small skim hot chocolate. (130 cal)
  • Pretzels. (240 cal)
Total calories: 2,890
