Coldrun Fitness - Day 86

Lessons learned from today:
  • Don't keep Halloween candy in the house.  Bring it to work, leave it there for others.  Too easy to binge.
  • Once I hit my desired caloric limit for the day, brush and floss.  Makes it easier to stop.

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with skim milk. (310 cal)
  • Pretzels. (240 cal) 
  • Half Nutella donut. (200 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, half chicken/half steak, extra vegetables, mild salsa, cheese, guacamole. (850 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal) 
  • Fruit candy. (180 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with buffalo chicken, ranch, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives. (420 cal)
  • Halloween candy. (700 cal)
