Fitness - Day 26: The Path to Level 4

Morning weight: 264.8 lbs
Total change: -3.4 lbs

I start on a new quest.

Progress to Nutrition Level 4: For two weeks straight, swap out grains at breakfast completely for a high protein breakfast.

Week #1: [3/15/15] -  [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ]
Week #2: [   ] -  [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ] - [   ]

I'm pretty comfortable with what I have to do to succeed at Nutrition Level 3.  The quest to move to Level 4 is two weeks long, so I'm going to get started on that now.  It focuses on breakfast, on swapping out grains.

---

Breakfast, 7:15am: Half order "Cajun breakfast" from favorite local diner.  An egg sunny side up on a bed of hash browns, with hollandaise, cheddar, green pepper, onion, and chili powder.  Without the normal side of toast.  Bottled mocha frappuccino.- DONE

Lunch, 11:00am: Two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, banana, three Hershey pieces. - DONE

Snack, 2:15pm: Cheez-its. - DONE

Snack, 5:00pm: Microwave salisbury steak meal.  (Like yesterday, not as heavy as it sounds.  230 calories, it's been sitting in my freezer for a month, doesn't go against my current NFA level, and I don't want to throw it out.) - DONE

Dinner, 7:00pm: Penne with lima beans, mixed vegetables, and balsamic vinaigrette.  Small serving of frozen yogurt. - DONE

Semi-planned snacking:  Recently, I've had a habit of eating 8-16 Hershey nuggets after getting really hungry in the afternoon.  I pre-empted that today and tried to take it under control.  That urge came on me around 3:15pm, so I decided to eat 6, two fewer than last time.  Next time it comes on me, will have 4 and see how that goes.
