Coldrun Fitness - Day 140

Had a rough go of things earlier this week, but didn't give up and finished strong.  Some good days to couple with the bad this week.

Probably gained a couple of pounds this week, and I'm okay with that.  I didn't give up.  That's enough for now, say thankya.

Diet

  • Three egg omelet with American cheese, tomato, green pepper.  Biscuit. (750 cal)
  • Bottled mocha frappuccino. (180 cal)
  • Microwave pasta with Swedish meatballs. (290 cal)
  • 1 cup of cherry frozen yogurt. (220 cal) 
  • Two Eggo waffles with light maples syrup. (290 cal)
  • Cream of chicken soup with two slices of wheat toast. (420 cal)
  • Half cup dry Cocoa Krispies. (100 cal)
Total calories: 2,250

Exercise

Walked 3.07 miles in 59:31.

Two sets of push-ups (13 each) and planking (35 seconds and 30 seconds).
