Diet

  • Two Eggo waffles with light maple syrup. (300 cal)
  • Two Bundt pastries. (400 cal)
  • 6" wheat sub with meatballs, marinara sauce, lettuce, cucumber, black olive, American cheese.  Doritos. (780 cal)
  • 12 oz. hot chocolate with skim milk and whipped cream. (280 cal)
  • Cream of mushroom soup with Wheat Thins. (380 cal)
  • 1/2 cup of cherry frozen yogurt. (110 cal)
