Coldrun Fitness - Day 145

Someone gifted me a box of delicious holiday cookies.  150 cal each.  I go to them too easily, but haven't been splurging on them really.  Going to adjust by having two per day instead of 3-4.

Diet

  • Cinnamon chip scone.  Orange juice. (420 cal)
  • Chipotle burrito bowl with white rice, half steak/half chicken, vegetables, tomato, corn, cheese, guacamole. (950 cal)
  • 12 oz. skim hot chocolate, no whipped cream. (210 cal) 
  • Three cookies. (450 cal)
  • Grilled cheese. (340 cal)
Total calories: 2,370 cal

Two sets of push-ups (13 and 15) and planking (35 seconds each).
