Solid finish to the week.  Feeling confident going into tomorrow's weigh-in.

Diet

  • Crackers. Binged on these and ate them late last night.  I'm counting it towards today. (860 cal) 
  • One Eggo waffle with light maple syrup. (150 cal)
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch with skim milk. (170 cal)
  • Three egg omelet with cheddar cheese, tomato, green pepper.  Biscuit. (750 cal) 
  • 12 oz. skim latte with sugar-free caramel. (90 cal)
